Cardano Remained Focused about Decentralization
In another development, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson in a YouTube video declared that all specifications and codes belonging to the Cardano Network will be moved into the ADA community, this initiative is directed towards appreciating the community’s efforts and decentralizing the protocol.
In the same vein, the team behind the Cardano blockchain development, Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK), has in a series of tweets explained that it has launched the first phase of its ADA catalyst development program tagged ‘Fund1.’
Fund1 according to IOHK represents a stepping stone to full decentralization of the Cardano network.
The program is structured toward introducing better governance on the ADA protocol and to further equip the Cardano community with the right tools to govern its treasury.
Nonetheless, the IOHK team after completing the governance project will get set to handover the ADA network back to the community in 2021.
