The founder of Digibyte blockchain technology and CTO at VESTi, Jared Tate, has again tongue-lashed Tron blockchain over its activities on Poloniex crypto exchange. Framing Tron a scam project, Jared this time said: “the Tron con job is complete.”
Jared issued the upbraid against Tron after Poloniex announced that the staking of TRX token would soon go live on the exchange. The Poloniex TRX staking is scheduled for launch on December 25.
The exchange pronounced that it will be launching a Christmas campaign that will allow users get up to 50% annual yield on their TRX balance at Poloniex.
Tate who is also the president of DigiPay LLC accused Tron of having hand in the delisting of Digibyte from the exchange. Tate further alleged Tron of bribing people, adding that it is a centralized project.
“The Tron con job is complete. Delist a truly decentralized Blockchain. Bribe people with the most centralized premine in the world,” Jared continued. “Mission accomplished.”
Since the ousting of Digibyte from the Tron-invested Poloniex exchange, there has been a loggerhead between the communities of the two blockchain projects, as well as arguments and fightbacks.
While taunting Tron in a recent statement, Jared boasted that Digibyte is completely decentralized, and an average person can successfully run a full Digibyte node.
“Your average person can still run a full DigiByte node. Decentralization is everything. DGB isn’t run by a bunch of Chinese tycoons. It has participants from over 113 countries”, Jared stated.
In response to the series of disparages coming from the Digibyte community, Justin Sun previously proclaimed that the team behind the exchange autonomously made their decision to delist Digibyte, but he’s in support of the action.
Justin Sun said: “Poloniex’s decisions are made by the team independently. As a humble investor of #Poloniex, I respect and support their decision. As a HODLR of $BNB, $HT, $OKB and other platform tokens, I always support and partner with all mainstream exchanges. Always BUIDL!”
