One of the oldest matter causing confusion in the crypto industry has just received the take of the cofounder and partner Morgan Creek Digital investment company, Jason A William, who made the clarification on the matter with a solid proof.
Williams, in his statement, disproved the possibility of Craig Wright being the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto.
He slammed Wright for clamming to be the creator of Bitcoin, explaining that he possesses no power of such. The co-founder of the investment company said if Wright had been the real Satoshi, he would have launched a 51% attack on the Bitcoin Network as threatened.
He added that if he’s truly the real Satoshi Nakamoto, he would have executed the attack as well as dump the market on the day of the halving.
Williams said Wright is just full of lip services as he failed to make any such attempt, calling him “Hot air specialist.”
He made the statement in response to a 2018 assertion by the acclaimed Bitcoin creator, where he claimed that it has the capacity to make the market value drop significantly by selling an enormous amount of Bitcoin.
Wright then said he will do this during the upcoming halving. He added that he’ll also initiate a 51% attack on the Bitcoin network. Then, Wright also vowed to restrain the Bitcoin network hash.
While Bitcoin halving took place successfully on Tuesday May 12, crypto enthusiasts have begun lampooning Wright for not being able to live up to his billing.
However, since Bitcoin hash and price are yet to show any significant change, observers are suggesting that Craig Wright may be referring to 2024 halving.
