Ripple rebranded its product xRapid into On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) in 2019 to extend the use case of XRP. Ripple, in its Q4 XRP Markets Report, stated that its ODL witnessed an increase of 650% in 2019 in terms of the money flowing through it.
Similarly, XRP liquidity volume against the Philippine peso and Mexican peso on Coin.ph and Bitso crypto exchange has just hit a new high record.
As revealed by Liquidity Index Bot today, XRP/PHP volume rose to attain an all-time high value of 1,442,610. This happened on the Philippine-based exchange Coin.ph.
Coin.Ph is among the exchanges powering Ripple’s ODL. After Ripple partnered MoneyGram, and the latter vowed that it would make use of XRP in moving 10% of all daily transactions between Mexico and the US, the liquidity index of the cryptocurrency has been on the rise.
According to the information released by Liquidity Index Bot, XRP liquidity on the Philippine corridor has so far made 29% progress today.

Similarly, the liquidity volume of the crypto against Mexican peso also clinched new height yesterday. After making 92% day progress on January 24, XRP liquidity index on the largest crypto exchange in Mexico, Bitso, smashed a new all-time high value of 11.1 million.

The previous high for XRP liquidity volume on Bitso exchange is 10 million, and it was attained in December 2019.

The fascinating result came a few days after XRP and most cryptocurrencies in the market witnessed great growth in value. However, slight retracement has been set since January 19.
