Samsung Blockchain Keystore has indicated that it added support for TRON API, an indication that opens TRON APIs to more than a billion Samsung users worldwide.
In version 1.2.0 released earlier today by Samsung, an API designated to support TRON transactions was added. These adds to the three other APIs added to the platform previously.
In August 2019, Samsung Blockchain Keystore added APIs to support Bitcoin and Klaytn transactions among thousands existing blockchain project. As well, the platform also supports Ethereum.
Interestingly today, it published that it has launched support for TRON, making it four APIs supported by the South Korean multinational company.
The inclusion of TRON APIs to the Samsung Keystore makes it possible for TRC10 token have the opportunity to be included in all latest Samsung phones.
The announcement comes few days after Justin Sun promised to announce a partnership with a megacorporation worth billions of Dollars.
It turned out afterward that the partnership is with Samsung. However, Justin Sun, has not officially announced the partnership.
The Samsung Blockchain Keystore is becoming one of the most referenced platform putting consumers in control of their data just by offering a medium for them to manage and consolidate their digital keys and private information.
The avenue is an isolated entity within the Samsung Knox TrustZone, safeguarded by defense-grade Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) software.
The platform ensures security compliance and make sure keys are not saved to a Samsung or external cloud or Android OS. It enables cryptocurrency transactions for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Klaytn, and now TRON (TRX).
