Stellar, Ripple’s XRP, Justin Sun’s TRON, Cardano ADA and EOS have been said to be losers in the 2019 year-to-date performances, while Tezos, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash lead the year-to-date performance, cryptocurrency investor Alistair Milne, CIO of Altana Digital Currency Fund, has analyzed.

In the analysis, Tezos, Bitocin and Litecoin are top performers in 2019 cryptocurrency YTD performances. The three digital currencies outperformed the rest with +160%, 92% and 48% valued gained respectively while the likes of Stellar, Ripple’s XRP, TRO, Cardano and EOS have -50%, -39%, -19%, -10% and -1% respectively.

Alistair Milne’s best-performing cryptocurrency list contains major assets in the market and ranked in order of performance.

Tezos, meanwhile, has put on this year. In January, the digital currency was below $1, now it is around $1.24 in the cryptocurrency market.

Despite sitting on the 15th seat in the CoinMarketCap table, Tezos has been seeing steady growth in recent times.

In order of performance YTD:

Tezos +160%
Bitcoin +92%
Litecoin +48%
Bcash +34%
Monero +16%
BSV +14%
Ethereum +7%
EOS -1%
Cardano -10%
Tron -19%
Ripple -39% (lol)
Stellar -50%

Performances of Stellar and XRP

As XRP lost 39% of its value, Stellar saw a 50% loss too. The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) recently burn more than 55 billion Stellar Lumens (XLM).

The same thing happened to TRON, which lost around 10% of its value. While the market may not look good for these three digital currency, Ripple has invested a lot in XRP ecosystem to increase the adoption of the digital asset.

Recently, it invested in MoneyGram. The worldwide remittance firm now makes use of Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity for cross-border remittance. However, this has not impacted the price of XRP.

On the other side, Justin Sun, the founder of TRON, invested in Poloniex, and the exchange yesterday acquired the largest decentralized exchange on the TRON network, TRXMarket.
