BitTorrent (BTT) gives room for content creators to connect with their audience, earn and spend digital currency without a middleman.
Connecting the BitTorrent peer-to-peer network to the TRON blockchain, offers a new experience to more than 100 million users of BitTorrent.
When, in June 2018, Justin Sun, founder of Tron and CEO Tron Foundation announced the acquisition of BitTorrent, no one was thinking the decentralized torrent firm could rise up to the level of having a personal digital currency that will be used on the platform. However, today, BTT, a token attributed to BitTorrent is gaining wide recognition.
