TRON Foundation has just aired that the community developers on the TRON ecosystem working on anonymity technology, TRONZ team, would soon set new Guinness world record.
The foundation made the declaration in a statement while revealing the status of the (Multi-Party Computation) MPC project. TRON Foundation noted that the team has accomplished the deployment of public testing & Testnet for the technology.
TRONZ team is at present working on the MainNet MPC process, and will soon release the MPC Torch Project and anonymous transaction on MainNet.
The MPC Torch Project, according to the release, will take blockchain technology to a new height at the front of the world’s most advantaged technology, generating huge popularity and attention capable of setting new record.
The MPC Torch project will utilize the zk-SNARKS-based anonymity protocol, as TRONZ team targets enhancing the security and credibility of the Setup. TRONZ will also ensure fair and reliable parameters for the entire humanity through the project.
MPC helps to protect data security and privacy by allowing separate parties to carry out a joint computation on their inputs without disclosing it to each other. It helps solve the glitch of missing trust between joint computation participants as each of them only has access to computing results alone.
MPC combines decentralization with independence and computing accuracy. While the Sapling MPC process was first developed by ZCash in 2018, the TRONZ MPC project will go through the Genesis and Exodus stage.
The Genesis is based on the MPC parameters of Zcash and the Exodus stage was launched on mainnet on January 1.
TRONZ team has developed a privacy protocol built on zk-SNARKs zero-knowledge proof technology, and it has been tested on the Tron network.
TRONZ team is combining the privacy protocol with Multi-Party Computation to ensure a credible Setup process since the latter helps generate safe parameters.
TRONZ Team future Goals
While the TRONZ team is dedicated to creating vital parameters with the MPC technology, the team aims at safeguarding private data on TRON smart contracts by providing privacy-protecting protocol for the blockchain network, and a blockchain-based MPC solution.
The team will develop a universal zero-knowledge proof-based platform for TRON as well as help the developers of the network deploy applications easily.
