The idea includes a developer forum, developer information centre and an application hub. VeChainWorld houses applications and useful information that has to do with VeChain and also get intouch with other ecosystem builders.
The platform, according to VeChain gives developers the “much needed revamp on the current user experience when accessing VeChain applications”.
Users who have already registered on the VeChain portal can easily access the new VeChainWorld with their log in details.
On the VeChainWorld platform is an Application Hub where developers can scroll through all applications built on VeChainThor using available categories.
The VeChainWorld can be accessed via Sync, VeChainThor Mobile Wallet, and Chrome+Comet. From this platform, you can easily download available applications without any hindrance.
On the hub as well, developers can submit their innovated apps via “Submit application” where the VeChainWorld operation team do click-through test and some other things before the application is accepted.
At the moment, all apps on the VeChainThor Blockchain have been added to the platform. Also, users can create and import VeChainThor wallets. They can as well transfer VET within the Sync browser and use the VeChainThor Wallet Application Browser on the platform.
Importantly, the Developer Information Center on VeChainWorld makes developers have access to documentation, tutorials, tools, and sample code they can leverage on to build on the VeChainThor Blockchain.
An update by VeChain reflects that the information center focuses on documentation relating to the VeChainThor Blockchain, dApp development, smart contract development best practice, step-by-step guides, introduction of development tools, VeChain’s turnkey solutions, hardware and some other things.

Meanwhile, to prevent rumours in the VeChain community, VeChainWorld comes with a forum where official announcements revolving around accelerator and bounty program among other things are to be made. On the forum, users can discuss general issues and those pertaining to VeChain.
The platform also has a section for research called VeResearch where users can get to know more about veChain research partners, research topics, academic papers, published articles and technical write-ups and some other things.
