Vergecurrency has officially announced that it has collaborated with Manny Pacquiao Foundation in its struggle to help impoverished persons around the world.
Due to the partnership, Verge is now an official digital currency of the foundation. Established by Filipino legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao, the foundation is structured to raise less privileged persons from their dire situations. Previously, boxer Manny Pacquiao launched his own digital currency and named it after self.

Verge continues to make popularity in the boxing world by supporting boxer Jamel William Herring. Jamel is the present holder of the WBO junior lightweight title since May 2019.
Jamel evangelizes for Verge and ChangeNow by attaching the logo of the two companies on his costume while fighting.

Chinese Latest Ranking Recognizes Verge Over Litecoin, Cardano, Bytecoin, ZCash
Verge was recently rated above its privacy-oriented contemporaries like Bytecoin and Zcash, and other top cryptographic projects like Litecoin and Cardano.
The excitement from the ranking got more build up in recent times as China endorsed blockchain technology with buzzing hopes that cryptocurrency would soon get an authenticated entrance into the country.
As released by the Center for Information and Industry Development (CCID)’s, the list consists of 35 projects. EOS retained the top spot with a reshuffling between Ethereum and Tron compared to the previous ranking in July.
Tron took the 2nd position and Etheruem was presented with 3rd while Bitcoin was ranked 11th. Privacy oriented cryptocurrency Verge moved up from 27th to 26th position with 89.4 total index point garnered, staying above a number of top projects in the ecosystem.
ZCash and Bytecoin, also privacy-oriented cryptocurrencies, were positioned below Verge. ZCash took the 27th position as Bytecoin ranked as the 34th most valued cryptocurrency in the blockchain assessment index.
Cardano, Litecoin and IOTA, garnered 81.4, 80.8 and 77.4 points to sit on 31, 32 and 33 positions respectively.
The assessment result would not have garnered much importance than the previous, if not for the rising adoption of blockchain in the country which came after President Xi Jinping elevated blockchain.
