“Hopefully we are going to be finishing this year strong,” The CEO of IOHK and co-founder of Cardano, Charles Hoskinson said, hinting that exciting developmental news from Ethiopia, in connection with Cardano Blockchain Network, would surface soon.
Usually from the warm sunning Colorado, Charles Hoskinson gave followers and lovers of Cardano a brief update about the blockchain technology. He said Cardano has a lot of developments underway which would be due for announcement late November or early December.
While a product update would be broadcasted around this time, they would be announcing two product updates – the normal and end of the year update, for the blockchain network.
The end of the year update would enlist all that has been achieved by Cardano since January 2020 and few hints about what should be expected in the future.
Cardano continues to build its network by hiring more abilities to better its technology, the CEO said, adding that there are a number of news saved for the end of the year.
The product update would feature announcements like one-time verification, Dapps development, and commercial projects among others.
Cardano Tightens Existing Partnership with New Investments
In the statement, Charles Hoskinson, who is also the co-founder of Ethereum, made known that the blockchain foundation has welcomed few strategic investments in recent times. This includes strengthening its partnership with Mutual Knowledge Systems for the Glow framework.
“Hopefully we will have some Ethiopia related news at the end of the month,” the IOHK CEO said. Charles said the team wished the announcement was made earlier, but the challenging situation in the country slowdown things.
Ethiopia, the second-most populous country in Africa, has been battering civil war for some time now, forcing many to flee their homes as thousands of people have lost their lives with myriads of property been destroyed.
Charles Hoskinson also acknowledged the unrest which is in the northern part of the country. Nevertheless, Charles thinks the situation would not really affect Cardano’s schedule as their operation remains strong.
Cardano has not limited itself to partnerships with individuals and companies alone. The blockchain foundation is really making a great impact in the developing countries and has sealed partnerships with governments of countries like the Ethiopian and Mongolia, among others.
While the CEO aired that something big is underway for the blockchain network in Ethiopia, he attested that the ongoing unrest has really changed the attention of the government, slowing down commercial negotiations.
Cardano could also have news from places like Georgia, Mongolia as the blockchain network has footprints in these areas.
