Michelle Phan hibernated from the public glare in 2015 with her Instagram, Twitter and her prominent video channel completely brushed aside.
With around 9 million YouTube subscribers, Phan left the public space, surprising even her associates who could not phantom her reasons for the disappearance and her where about. One of her video released in 2017 while she was away from the public, “Why I Left,” has over 13 million views.
However, after years of absence, Phan appeared again, releasing a 30 seconds footage her beautiful cat titled “Hello 🙂”. Afterward she released around 3 minutes video on the making of an ad for Em Cosmetics lip gloss.
Phan has greatly achieved as a digital and beauty entrepreneur. Her beauty subscription service Ipsy was valued to be around $500 million. Coupled with that, her channel earned $60,000 in a month.
With interesting irons in the fire, Phan returned to be more optimistic about Bitcoin and blockchain. She said: “I’m actually more excited about Bitcoin than I was when I first discovered YouTube.”
Phan has been a good ambassador of the cryptocurrency world, she invested in Quarters, a crypto gaming firm and had featured in Bitcoin podcast with Crypto-centric presidential hopeful Andrew Yang.
